Christoph Hellwig d07ae4c486 dma-mapping: DMA_COHERENT_POOL should select GENERIC_ALLOCATOR ...

The dma coherent pool code needs genalloc.  Move the select over
from DMA_REMAP, which doesn't actually need it.
