Masahiro Yamada de32951b29 tracing: Simplify the Kconfig dependency of FTRACE 
The entire FTRACE block is surrounded by 'if TRACING_SUPPORT' ...
'endif'.

Using 'depends on' is a simpler way to guard FTRACE.
