Anthony Koo 9dce8c2a5f drm/amd/display: [FW Promotion] Release 0.0.161.0 
- Add command to idle opt.
 - Rename d3 entry event and add idle trigger param on
   notify event.
 - Add bit to fw boot status to notify status when hardware
   is powered up.
