Greg Kroah-Hartman f73e1ffa27 USB: ipaq.c: remove dbg() usage 
dbg() is a usb-serial specific macro.  This patch converts
the ipaq.c driver to use dev_dbg() instead to tie into the
dynamic debug infrastructure.
