* Fixed Dockerfile. Dockerfile updated per the file on https://practicerom.com/public/packages/debian/howto.txt and Debian/Ubuntu's apt-key command being deprecated. * Update dockerfile as per new download instructions. * Modify Dockerfile. * Remove sudo from Dockerfile.
