* cleanup libultra

* fixes

- use quotes instead of <> for includes
- add macros for zelda specific thread priorities
- fix Makefile
- properly format the remaining pfs structs

* fix button macros + add CHECK_BTN_ANY/CHECK_BTN_ALL

* remove ULTRA_ABS
