Shokunin 09bcfdc6ae Frame generation on the render thread from recorded draw lists
[video] frame_generation (opt-in, with render_thread): the render thread keeps
each game frame's replayed draw list, matches the triangles of the last two
(frame_gen.c), and presents in-between frames at the display refresh by
redrawing the newer list into separate surfaces with matched vertices
interpolated. It never runs guest code. Real frames are composed at their
flip and presented after the generated ones, with the same pixels and
order. Generation uses only measured surplus: a plan from render-thread CPU,
generated-frame cost and swap time, a breaker after backpressure or late
guest frames, and a pause while dynamic resolution is over budget. The
render-thread core gains a timed tick hook. Frame-cost queries pause around
generation, so dynamic resolution measures real frames only.

Tests: frame_gen_test, render_thread_test (tick), gl_frame_gen_test (real
frames identical off/on; phase 0/1 equal the endpoints). Docs:
docs/FRAME_GENERATION.md.

"""Build and run test_gl_render_thread.c on a hidden real OpenGL context.
Each scale runs twice, render thread off and on ([video] render_thread). The
values the scripted guest read back (rb), the native VRAM (digest), the frame
at internal resolution (hires) and the native-wide surface (wide) must be the
same both ways, and the threaded run must actually have recorded and replayed
the stream (its own checks). A third run per scale with one frame in flight
(PSX_TEST_RT_FRAMES is not needed: the fixture takes the bound as argv) is not
required; the in-flight bound itself is covered by render_thread_test.
macOS/Linux/Windows (MinGW): pass the SDL3 include directory and static
library and a C compiler, as for run_gl_scale_invariance.py. Evidence
(commands, output) is written to receipt.json under --output. When the host
cannot create a hidden window with a GL 3.3 core context (headless, or Windows
over SSH) the fixture exits SKIP_EXIT and so does this script: CTest reports a
skip, not a pass.
