Matthew Stanley 36e57fbb8a release: stop overstating the staged toolchain size by following symlinks 
os.path.getsize() follows symlinks. A relocatable CPython is dense with them --
the staged Linux overlay toolchain carries over a thousand -- so the size line
counted every link target a second time and reported ~110 MB for a tree that
is 80 MB on disk, a 38% overstatement in a release log.

lstat, and skip links. The line now also reports the file and symlink counts,
because "80 MB in 4103 files + 1051 symlinks" is a number someone can compare
against an extracted artifact, which is how everything else here is verified.

Log output only: no staged byte changes, and an artifact built before and after
this commit is identical apart from mtimes.
