- gpu_vblank_period_cycles() is consulted per basic-block edge and profiled at ~3% exclusive recomputing a constant; now cached, refreshed at its four cold writers (GP1 display mode, CRTC multiplier, period override, snapshot parse). - PAL content through 60 Hz driver vsync duplicates ten frames a second; when the user has not set frame_interpolation, default it ON for PAL discs on a ~60 Hz panel. PSX_FRAME_INTERP=0|1 overrides for A/B. - PSX_FMV_INTERP=1 keeps interpolation running through FMV/MDEC phases (the unconditional suspension is what makes 25 fps PAL video judder).
