skip_fmv_offered flips to true: [video] auto_skip_fmv in settings.toml now actually drives g_auto_skip_fmv (the clamp that zeroed it is retained only for a future offered=false profile). recomp-ui's Skip FMVs row and retcomm-launcher's checkbox already read/write the key end to end — the runtime was the only link refusing the value. The builtin psx.skip_fmv activation-plugin mod (and its psx.enhancement.skip-fmv package) is removed: one feature, one control. A state.toml still naming the package resolves it as unknown and is skipped. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
