Shokunin b13630128c Document explicit screen-X cull kinds; mark offer/adaptive_view inert ...

docs/WIDESCREEN.md gains an "Explicit screen-X cull sites" section (slti,
slti_lower, bltz, bgez, clip_edge_x_load, branch_keep: semantics, pairing,
guards, interpreter cap, cache identity) and replaces the stale launcher
"Adaptive" description: offer/offer_ultrawide/adaptive_view are parsed but
inert on PSX, and widescreen belongs to a title's mod catalog through
psx_mod_set_fixed_display_aspect / psx_mod_set_adaptive_display_aspect.
docs/config_schema.md lists the new keys.
