Alex Vanderveen af114bee4a colour_inputs: compare the region, because $s4 tracks the animation
The capture works now — $sp reads 0x1F800234, scratchpad, matching the oracle —
and the run finally compared through both emulators' own pointers. It reported
"source-differs", and that is still not trustworthy.

$s4 MOVES. Across two samples psx-runtime's went 0x800E2634 -> 0x800E4634 while
$s6 went 72 -> 128; the oracle's moved the same way. The pointer tracks the
animation, so a window at each side's own $s4 compares different ENTRIES of the
same array whenever the two are at different moments — which they always are.
The 0x1A30 gap between the two source addresses is not the 0x8000 double buffer
and not a divergence; it is elapsed time.

This is the third time a phase difference has been reported as a data
difference (frame numbers, buffer halves, now array offsets), so the fix is the
same shape as before: measure something phase cannot move. When the two scales
disagree, the whole enclosing region is compared instead. If the arrays match,
the data is fine wherever each pointer sits; if they do not, that is real and
independent of where either side happened to be.
