Shokunin 76e6e33235 runtime: PSX_FORCE_INTERP routes clean game text to the interpreter again
PSX_FORCE_INTERP=1 (b0391bc7) is the tooling switch that sends every
dispatch into game text through the dirty-RAM interpreter, so the
interpreter's cycle model can be measured against Beetle. It works by
reporting the pages dirty. The native-safety checks later learned to
decide flagged pages by the actual bytes (dirty_ram_text_native_ok and
the exact-range dirty_ram_text_native_ok_ranges_from), and an untouched
page matches its reference image, so the compiled body ran anyway: the
switch had no effect on clean text.

Both checks now report no game text as native-safe while the switch is
on. Nothing changes without the environment variable.

Found while taking the interpreter column of the segment-aware probe
(docs/SEGMENT_AWARE_CODE.md §7.2): with the switch set, the probe's
links still came back KSEG0 and its cycles matched the compiled build
exactly. With this change the interpreter column matches Beetle on
OpenBIOS and SCPH-1001.
