Step-by-step instructions for an AI agent to reproduce the working Kula
World recomp on Windows: prerequisites (MSYS2 mingw64 + SDL2), clone the
branch, user-supplied BIOS/disc, extract the boot EXE, build the
recompiler, generate BIOS + game C, build the kula-runtime target, run,
controls, and an honest verified/unverified status list.
