Matthew Stanley ce94e91ba2 crash_trace: JSON-escape module paths so reports are valid JSON ...

Windows module paths (GetModuleFileNameA -> C:\Games\...\TombaRecomp.exe) were
written into the report with raw backslashes, producing invalid JSON that
parsers reject — a user-submitted crash report (issue #1) could not be parsed
without manual sanitizing. Add a json_escape() helper and route both the
faulting-module path and the stack-scan module names through it.
