Shokunin d185dac101 tests: drop duplicate stubs in test_gl_scale_invariance.c ...

gpu_ws_background_requires_full_composite and gpu_timeline_note were defined
twice after a merge, so every GL fixture that includes this file
(gl_post_aa, gl_bloom, ...) failed to compile.
