deliver_read_sector_without_irq() has two callers needing OPPOSITE
behaviour, and the previous commit's one-line fix applied to both:
- DMA continuation refill: must advance the read pointer, since it is a
continuation of the drain already running (with one buffer it landed
in the very buffer being drained). Not advancing starved 1.1M drains.
- "guest has not acked": must NOT advance. The sector is parked in its
slot and the pend records which slot; moving the pointer there
redirects a drain the guest is still working through.
Now an explicit parameter, so the two can never be conflated again.
