morluto 150e996a86 refactor(providers)!: await owned readiness observations
Carry asynchronous readiness through provider selection, session status, CLI and MCP. Join observations during cancellation and shutdown, keep status readable during finalization, and retain mixed provider errors and exact cleanup dependencies through the shared inspection failure owner.

Validation: 255 focused tests across 18 files; 21 registry tests rerun with primary restoration assertion; check:fast; docs:check and 5 README conformance tests. Registered MCP and SDK schema checks use controlled providers; no real Ghidra/JVM verification.

This is a prerequisite for #4561. The synchronous Ghidra Java producer and its doctor/client ownership migration remain unfinished.

BREAKING CHANGE: binary_session candidate availability can be unknown during owner finalization. Consumers must handle this state; the internal session status API is now asynchronous.

morluto 0e1f0bf2d0 fix(lifecycle): preserve ownership, cancellation, and cleanup outcomes (#4238)
* fix(cleanup): preserve owner recovery instructions

Keep cleanup remediation through combined errors and direct or managed one-shot analysis while retaining primary diagnostics.

Refs: #4227

* fix(hopper): recover late startup and retained cleanup

Authenticate initial and cleanup handshakes through the same identity owner. Expose startup and cleanup activity, retain health after target retirement, and expire abandoned unauthenticated listeners without timing out authenticated work.

Refs: #4227

* fix(providers): retain composite lifecycle facts across retries

Preserve observed child health with incomplete peer coverage, retry only unresolved clients, and retain all child cleanup recovery actions.

Refs: #4233

* fix(process): honor cancellation through capture cleanup

Check the request signal after cleanup and before final publication, retaining completed observations under typed cancellation.

Refs: #4005

* fix(native): preserve failed LLDB launch ownership and exit proof

Publish failed-launch process identity and observed exit separately from object validity. Retire only the exact owned process and retain uncertainty when exit cannot be established.

Refs: #4232

* fix(native): honor cancellation after trace finalization

Check cancellation after runtime-root cleanup and retain collected trace observations as partial cancellation evidence.

Refs: #4009

* fix(cli): preserve analysis results when provider cleanup fails

Reuse the existing one-shot finalizer across thirteen command families to retain completed Evidence and primary diagnostics on close failure. Cover success, denied cleanup, and combined primary/cleanup failure through the public CLI.

Refs: #3935

* docs(lifecycle): define completion invariants and regression scenarios

Document distinct ownership/readiness/exit facts, late cancellation and atomic publication boundaries, partial child cleanup, and diagnostic retention. Link representative regressions and route contributor guidance through AGENTS.md.

* fix(cli): preserve original cleanup resource diagnostics

* fix(native): retain completed facts through finalization failure

morluto 63bf91405c refactor!: enforce canonical evidence and provider boundaries
Deliver complete Evidence directly through MCP with required nullable analysis profiles and immutable per-server delivery settings. Bind selected environments at construction and require typed cleanup outcomes with retained retry ownership.

Remove test-only routing, duplicate session and snapshot metadata, producer-field repairs, and ambiguous provider arguments. Separate artifact byte identity from occurrence classification and retain typed source-map and partial native facts across CLI, MCP, and verifier consumers.

BREAKING CHANGE: obsolete Evidence envelopes, session aliases, incomplete snapshots, and missing normalized producer facts are no longer accepted.

morluto e91c8c39c2 refactor(test): colocate pure-domain tests and reduce test debt (#471)
* refactor(test): colocate pure-domain tests and reduce test debt

Move focused immutable domain/contracts/adapter tests from
tests/composition/** beside their production owners under src/** as
colocated *.test.ts/*.fixture.ts, and relocate persistence-shaped
composition tests under tests/boundary/filesystem/**. Update import
paths, the Vitest project topology (shared worker context for pure
domain/contracts and recording-port service projects), the test
migration ledger, testing docs, and AGENTS.md to match.

* docs: remove test migration ledger

The cutover is complete and the ledger is no longer referenced anywhere
in source, scripts, or the docs gate. Drop the standalone artifact.

* docs: clean up stale migration artifacts

Remove empty directories left by the test migration and replace the
"final cutover" language in docs/testing.md with standing PR guidance
that no longer references the completed migration.

* fix: repair CI failures from schema, knip, and stale generated artifacts

Three root causes fixed:

1. catalog-schemas.mjs: valuesAt only traversed anyOf from Zod's
toJSONSchema, not oneOf. The webScreenshotDiffSchema change to a
discriminated union produces oneOf, so the product catalog generator
could not derive the web_screenshot_diff schema version. Add oneOf
   traversal.

2. conformancePackage.ts: the test rewrite removed the only imports of
ScenarioManifest, ReplayPlan, ShimPlan, and ExpectedEvidence, making
them unused exports that knip flags. Remove the dead type aliases.

3. Regenerate stale artifacts (product catalog, MCP tool catalog, skill
metadata, conformance manifest) that drifted from the source changes.
