Inject interrupts through imported projection and Evidence resolution boundaries so lexical service calls cannot bypass the test. Preserve exact normalized partial results, authenticated Evidence provenance and signal exit codes.

Add opt-in durable managed member summaries and authenticated paging while preserving complete default output, original Evidence, cleanup ownership and queued cancellation.
Verified with bounded real Newtonsoft/Redux/Rust tasks, independent oracles, 556 focused tests and the expanded domain gate; paired token estimates and latency tradeoffs are recorded in experiments/analysis-efficiency/managed-cli.md.
Move the five registered WASM finalization cases into the existing per-file isolated project. Preserve all result, exit-code, observation and cleanup assertions. A preloaded shared CLI graph reproduces three failures before the move; the isolated covered packet passes.
