* fix(providers): name JEB, IDA, and one-shot command deadlines
Wire JEB catalog discovery to REA_JEB_MCP_TIMEOUT_MS, name the IDA
registration timeoutMs, and add command_timeout_ms for one-shot objdump
and rizin. Debugger, Frida, and Cutter caps stay fixed and say so.

* fix(providers): pass remaining deadlines and name the cap that fired
Catalog discovery now sends the JEB budget still remaining to the SDK on
connect and every tools/list page. Objdump and rizin preflight share one
command_timeout_ms across stat and digest; the command still receives that
budget again. Architecture Evidence keeps a selected timeout, and Frida and
Rizin name the capture limit that actually stopped output.

* fix(frida): preserve non-timeout device lookup failures
getDeviceById is a lookup deadline only when Frida rejects with
"Device not found" after the wait. A device-manager or backend failure
stays a capability error. Align the assertions that still expected the
previous capacity and capture sentences.

* fix(errors): preserve caller abort reasons at admission
Keep the opaque caller reason on reverse, pcap, and SQLite cancellation,
and leave a recognized physical digest or command failure in place when a
late abort is also observed.

* fix(reverse): keep a foreign digest ABORT_ERR as an adapter failure
Treat ABORT_ERR as cancellation on the command boundary, where that code
already meant an aborted provider process. A digest or stat rejection with
the same code stays a physical adapter failure unless the caller signal
is aborted. Cover aborted command EACCES, ETIMEDOUT, and ABORT_ERR with
and without captured output.

Retain process input and unexpected failure diagnostics through the shared error projector. Preserve filesystem causes and firmware validation issues, and mark unchanged invalid requests nonretryable.
Use typed stat settlement and parse unknown command failures without losing null or undefined rejection causes.

Add opt-in retained GDB and objdump summaries using the shared analysis-view layer. Preserve default complete Evidence, ordered records, provenance and completion facts.
Validate real Bash disassembly, whole-client context costs, CLI publication and cleanup; retain the original measured cohorts and explicit coverage limitations.

Push optional native symbol selection into GNU objdump before collecting Evidence. Preserve native matching, raw output, artifact identity, scoped limitations and the existing full-disassembly default through the shared CLI/MCP workflow.

* fix: select caller paths through symlinks and .. as the filesystem does
CLI adapters, binary target resolution, the reverse-engineering service
and the objdump and Rizin command builders made caller-selected paths
absolute with path.resolve, which collapses `link/..` lexically. On
POSIX the filesystem follows `link` first, so these commands inspected,
hashed or launched a different file and returned internally consistent
Evidence for it.
absoluteCallerPath now owns that step: on POSIX it prefixes a relative
path with the working directory and keeps an absolute path as spelled;
on Windows, where `..` resolves lexically, it keeps win32.resolve.

* fix: keep firmware, WASM list and output-root paths on the selected file
Review follow-up. The CLI already passed firmware and WASM paths through
absoluteCallerPath, but snapshotFirmware and SafeOutputTree.create
re-resolved them lexically, and the WASM glue and candidate lists still
used resolve, so those inputs could still select a sibling file or
create output beside the intended directory.
absoluteCallerPath now also drops `.` segments and repeated or trailing
separators on POSIX, which never change the named file, so selected
paths such as `./module.wasm` keep matching their glue references
exactly. Every `..` is still left for the filesystem.
SafeOutputTree keeps host path syntax; its platform argument selects only
the Windows name policy.

* fix: keep directory requirements and relative cwd in caller paths
Review follow-up. absoluteCallerPath stripped a trailing `/` or `/.`, so
`file/` selected the regular file instead of failing with ENOTDIR; it
now keeps one trailing separator. A relative cwd option was appended to
the root; it is now made absolute without collapsing `..`. WASM glue
matching resolved local literals lexically, so a module selected through
`link/..` matched only by basename; the adapter now compares both sides
through absoluteCallerPath and still reports each candidate as given.
