gensokyo-dev b675073b73 feat(mcp): scope advertised tools by family (#7228)
Scope MCP discovery, setup, doctor, status and recovery guidance by selected tool families using one contract inventory and shared catalog identity. Preserve default discovery, canonical validation and complete Evidence.

Fixes #3246. Builds on #3026. Real libcrypto workflow verifies all 5,367 exports and identical complete Evidence. Static/source/build/docs/Windows/package/Greptile checks pass; ten assertions reproduced identically on clean main and feature across Node 24/22, with cancelled coverage explicitly unverified. Merge uses the user-authorized bypass for baseline failures and unchecked human-readiness declarations, without attesting human review.

morluto 2250e67bc2 fix(verifiers): consolidate native client command lifetimes
Migrate the remaining native verifier commands to shared ownership with explicit stdin contracts, command-before-fixture cleanup, and failure receipts. Preserve observed catalog counts and unknowns, retained artifacts, native assertions, and selected launch inputs.

Remove the obsolete raw exec export and share output persistence across native verifiers. Exercise actual entrypoints with authored failed preflights and acknowledged descendants, plus filesystem failures and opaque error preservation.

gensokyo-dev aa51e43439 perf(mcp)!: default to compact input schema advertisements (#5975)
Use compact MCP input advertisements by default while preserving explicit full, canonical validation, output contracts and complete Evidence. Require an explicit selected catalog for runtime identity and honor both profiles in CLI status.

Real ripgrep/Zellij SDK tasks, independent ELF oracle, actual client trials, profile parity workflows and CI are recorded in experiments/analysis-efficiency/mcp-input-catalog.md. SDK token estimates improve; actual Codex token savings and general latency/memory gains are not established.

Refs #5861

BREAKING CHANGE: MCP input advertisements default to compact. Set REA_MCP_INPUT_SCHEMA_PROFILE=full for complete advertised guidance and nested constraints.

morluto c4aaf813e0 fix(javascript): retain selected application paths in Evidence
Record the admitted selected path separately from canonical artifact identity in successful and partial Evidence. Anchor relative inputs consistently across both CLI routes using the existing caller-path owner.

Adapt shared client verifier assertions and boundary coverage from PR #5261, and the dedicated-route anchoring correction proposed in PR #5265. Historical parsing remains independent of live paths, including legacy records without the parameter.

Validation: 118 focused tests in eight files, static and docs checks, discovery, and installed Gemini CLI 0.29.5 loopback verification of 207 schemas/241 examples passed. Synthetic static-analysis fixtures; no live Google API or native target execution.

Ysopwnable 6395e8d300 perf(mcp)!: compact repeated session discovery facts (#1988)
Group repeated session tool availability and provider capability facts, preserve complete named contracts and ordered limitations, and remove duplicate catalog descriptors. Update consumers and migration guidance.

Validated by all 31 CI jobs, focused source checks, and actual Claude Code/Linux Hopper/native Windows Ghidra small-target workflows on the current integration tree.

Refs #723.

BREAKING CHANGE: binary_session no longer includes server_identity.catalog.tools; tool_availability and provider capabilities use grouped facts documented in docs/mcp-contracts.md.

pablodiazjorge c32d84622f test(clients): verify native Claude Code integration on Windows (#1926)
The Claude Code client lane asserted POSIX, although nothing in it depends
on it. Remove the assertion, tell Windows users to select claude.exe when
the default command cannot be spawned (npm installs put only a claude.cmd
shim on PATH), and record 2.1.296 as verified on native Windows in
docs/testing.md.
