Validated public CLI and stdio MCP save/reopen, exact CLI replay, changed-limit cache partitioning, baseline failure and candidate success on an Apple-clang fixture, snapshot lifecycle regressions, typecheck and lint. No target or deep engine execution. Fixes#5529.
