* feat(clients): register Grok Build and Grok Bot during setup
Detect both clients and install the local REA MCP registration the same
way setup already handles the other agents. Grok Build edits only the
REA tables in its TOML config and sets startup_timeout_sec to 30. Grok
Bot writes the mcpServers.rea entry into mcp.json. That file is the
registration to add to the signed-in account; setup does not call the
account API.

* fix(clients): clear a disabled Grok Build registration during setup
Grok Build keeps a server suppressed when its name stays in
disabled_mcp_servers, and setup was treating that file as already aligned.
Setup now removes only that name, doctor reports the registration stale until
it is gone, and uninstall keeps comments in an inline table whose only server
was REA. Split the lifecycle suite and reflow the get-started page so static
checks pass.
* fix(verify): check packed Hopper search as literal-only
The package verifier still called a regex probe that main deleted. The
native bridge refuses regex and joins string hits with typed records, so
the restored probe stubs that inventory and the check asserts the literal
matches and the regex refusal. The new README translations also name
Grok Build and Grok Bot.
* fix(clients): stop treating a Grok Bot data directory as registered
Grok Bot stores connectors in the signed-in account and runs them on its
hosted computer. Setup no longer writes mcp.json or reports that file as
aligned. Doctor and setup tell the caller to add the server from the
Grok Bot chat.
* fix(clients): drop multiline Grok disable-list entries
Decode disabled_mcp_servers strings with the document parser so a
multiline basic or literal string that loads as rea is removed.

Collect references from the complete owned function body and exact entry,
including instruction-interior destinations and embedded-data sources.
Bind the corrected semantics to the analysis profile so legacy snapshots
cannot replay incomplete results. Preserve snapshot mismatch reasons and
recovery advice through CLI and MCP without disturbing live sessions.
Return exact entry candidates for ambiguous function names. Expand the
real-provider regression workflow and replace redundant parser assertions
with malformed-output coverage through the pinned MCP client.
Verified with Ghidra 12.1.4 on macOS arm64: full host-native lane, real
CLI/MCP boundary probes, 30 focused tests, and typecheck/lint.
Validate native annotation text before mutation and escape surrogate code units in Java bridge JSON replies. Reject unsupported text with field and index diagnostics while preserving supported Unicode and line endings.
Probe real CLI/MCP annotation, transport, mapping, rollback and cleanup behavior; replace seven redundant unit tests with E2E and SDK boundary coverage.
Preserve boundary diagnostics, resolve procedure names before bare hex addresses, and launch the inspected JVM directly on macOS for verifiable startup cancellation. Keep private socket paths within host limits and retain ownership when cleanup is incomplete.
Exercise the fixes through real CLI/MCP Ghidra workflows and provider-boundary integration tests, replacing redundant unit coverage.
Preserve native document identity, nullable bookmark labels, address diagnostics, segment-end byte prefixes, and verified file mappings. Validate batch rename addresses before mutation.
BREAKING CHANGE: remove set_current_document. Use open_binary to switch targets; document arguments are scoped to the active target.
* test(browser): verify native nested source-map coordinates
Qualify valid compiler-produced nested index maps through actual owned Chrome and the built public analyze-web-bundle CLI. Preserve same-line and zero-column controls, physical UTF-16 mapping positions and the independently correct dedicated decoder control. No production or workflow changes.

Qualify ordinary maps, nested offsets, sibling clipping, parent gaps, empty sections and deeper composition against the actual browser fetcher. Compare the existing dedicated decoder only for its valid non-overlapping profile. Preserve the four frozen compiler/Chrome/public CLI scenarios.

Normalize indexed sections to absolute leaf offsets before upstream flattening. Apply enclosing column offsets only for same-line child sections and retain parent clipping boundaries for gaps and empty sections. Preserve raw map evidence, source identities, transport budgets and the dedicated decoder profile.
