Admit unknowns before canonical construction and provenance interning. Offer independent per-file and application capacities through CLI, Evidence and the owned analysis worker, and reject over-allocation during streamed decoding.
Report examined omitted emission occurrences by family and reason without retaining discarded identities. Preserve omission-free graph identities and distinguish node truncation from overall partial coverage.
Fixes#4797
Fixes#3933. Part of #4027.
Normalize exact literals and configuration defaults through the shared primitive owner. Preserve tagged limits through member/destructuring projection and record encountered bounds in per-analysis state independently of later selected values. Remove the retained-value rescan and duplicate default reader. Preserve source Evidence, bounded/null values, aggregate wire capacity and complete endpoint lookup identities for query/trace/comparison.
Validated 66 focused and 932 semantic tests on the restored identical runtime; final public selection 7/7 adds an augmented large-endpoint acceptance (67 distinct focused cases across invocations). Full static/docs and fresh real Obsidian controls passed. Compact measurements and rejected attempts remain recorded.

Keep exact endpoint observations and request properties while using compact display labels and collision-safe canonical value digests for long artifact-local endpoint keys. Verify real CLI/stdio MCP tracing and version comparison without truncating evidence.
BREAKING CHANGE: New analyses use compact endpoint labels and digest-based IDs for long or reserved-prefix endpoint keys. Select IDs from the parent graph and read full values from endpoint properties. Previously stored graphs retain their original identities and remain valid workflow inputs.
Intern shared provenance in a graph-scoped context registry while retaining exact locations on every fact. Semantic traces carry their referenced context subset, and portable graph validation rejects stale or dangling commitments.
BREAKING CHANGE: Semantic graph facts now store evidence context IDs and locations. Graph and semantic trace results require an inline evidence_contexts table.
