Group repeated session tool availability and provider capability facts, preserve complete named contracts and ordered limitations, and remove duplicate catalog descriptors. Update consumers and migration guidance.
Validated by all 31 CI jobs, focused source checks, and actual Claude Code/Linux Hopper/native Windows Ghidra small-target workflows on the current integration tree.

Give atomic Evidence and snapshot writes an explicit resource owner, preserve primary failures and completed publication receipts, and retry retained staging cleanup at the owning lifecycle. Verify inode identity before publishing or deleting; unknown path disappearance remains a cleanup failure. Keep snapshot admission reusable when a session closes and reopens.
Consolidate JavaScript source-scope classification so cancellation cannot fabricate failures for unselected files. Classify configuration failures as invalid input. Remove stale assertions and reuse shared test cleanup ownership.
Validation: 266 focused tests before final ownership tightening, 108 affected tests afterward, static and documentation checks, actual invalid-configuration CLI behavior, and isolated test temporary-directory hygiene.

Expose the selected Mach-O slice and its container offset, derive that identity once, and map entrypoint and nonempty segment Evidence to container coordinates. Reject relocation sections whose byte length is not divisible by the entry size instead of silently accepting a floored count.
Validation: native parser and selected-architecture boundaries, actual public CLI and stdio MCP on a compiled universal Mach-O, and a pyelftools 0.33 malformed-table probe. Full Linux pwntools bridge verification was unavailable on this host.
Refs #1973
Parse Apktool YAML and XML at the producer boundary, preserving scalar spelling, XML text and partial string coverage. Retain repeated JADX inventory rows with explicit duplicate-name counts and lookup ambiguity. Make the Apktool verifier report cleanup failures.
Validation: parser, provider and JADX fixture boundary tests; typecheck, lint and documentation checks. Real Apktool and JADX engines were not exercised.
Refs #1978
Interpret device paths once as POSIX paths and apply only the selected host's filename constraints. Preserve original PM paths and diagnostics, reject duplicate destinations before pulls, and use exact-name filesystem reservations to detect case and Unicode aliases without guessing volume rules.
Consolidate failed-package cleanup ownership and strengthen no-output assertions. Validated 44 provider fixture tests, 47 filename/parser tests, six compiled CLI tests, static/docs checks, and package checks. No Android hardware was used.
Separate observed relationship coverage from general provider caveats. Authenticate and replay coverage without changing legacy Evidence IDs; expose unknown and capped relationship sets through CLI/MCP graphs and traces.
Validated focused domain, snapshot, IDA/Ghidra boundary, MCP, schema, package and static checks. Provider fixtures establish contract behavior; licensed engine behavior was not reverified.
* fix(wasm): preserve debug module names in WABT output
* fix(native): accept otool dylib-use options
Preserve modern dylib options while requiring one encoding metadata row and retaining duplicate and multiline-output checks. Share field parsing between preservation and validation.
Verify delayed dylibs through real macOS CLI/MCP workflows and refresh the high-address golden with the provider's -h -l capture. Validated 85 focused native tests, npm run check, and verify:macos-bundle on macOS arm64.

pull_adb_file derived its host file name from the last path segment of a
caller-supplied device path and joined it to the output directory without
checking that the name is usable on the host. A device path ending in a
separator, a dot segment, a control character, a Windows reserved device
name, a trailing dot or space, or a ':' alternate-data-stream marker could
resolve to an unexpected host path or fail opaquely after the transfer.
The single-file path now derives the name with POSIX semantics and refuses
any non-portable segment as invalid_request before creating a directory or
running adb pull. This matches the package path's pending host-name policy
and never renames a device-reported file.

* fix(wasm): accept unpadded WABT section rows
WABT 1.0.42 right-aligns section names in a nine-column field. DataCount
fills that field, so its objdump row has no leading whitespace. Accept
that legal row. Header recognition, the required field shape, and section
range checks still reject malformed output.

* fix(ci): refresh MIPS expectations and Windows test paths
Assert admitted soft-float ABI metadata and its committed storage policy through the public target resolver, retain FP64 rejection, and point the curated Windows lane at the moved filesystem reconstruction tests.
Validation: reproduced all four prior failures; 97 focused tests and check:ci pass. Native Windows and real Ghidra execution were not performed locally.

* feat(ghidra): admit soft-float MIPS32r2 ELF with integer-register float storage
Soft-float o32 executables (Linux kernel builds, bare-metal firmware) were
refused because their ABI flags record declares no CPR1 and FP ABI 3.
Ghidra's MIPS32 compiler specifications model only hard-float o32, so typed
float/double signatures (DWARF) would be bound to $f12/$f14/$f0 and the
decompiler loses the real dataflow: `return sel ? a : b` decompiled to
`return in_f0;`, and callers passed phantom FPU inputs.
Admit ELF32 ET_EXEC o32 MIPS32r2 targets whose ABI record declares soft-float
with no CPR1, and commit `mips_soft_float_storage: o32-integer-registers-v1`
in their analysis profile only (hard-float profile digests are unchanged).
ReaGhidraMipsSoftFloat.java runs after auto-analysis and, for each function
with a float/double formal type, either keeps the types with the storage
Ghidra's o32 model assigns to a same-size integer (pair alignment, stack
spill), or, for auto-parameters such as hidden struct-return pointers, swaps
float types for same-size integers under dynamic storage. No function is left
on hard-float storage. The report is written last; the provider client
requires it exactly when the profile commits the policy and refuses the
session before any operation otherwise.
Verification: real Ghidra 12.1.4 lane (verify:ghidra:mips) now builds
hard- and soft-float fixtures in both byte orders and checks exact
parameter/return storage through inspect_native_api, caller constants,
snapshot profile and Evidence outcome; test:fast, verify:package and an
installed-tarball soft-float run pass.
* fix(ghidra): model soft-float MIPS as a prototype for every typed callable
Review feedback on #1949: rewriting storage per Function left external
functions and indirect calls through typed function pointers on Ghidra's
hard-float o32 prototype, which still read $f12/$f14/$f0 while the session
reported success. A negative control confirms it: without the change,
`(*rea_mips_soft_callback)(8.5f, 9.5f, sel)` decompiles to
`(*rea_mips_soft_callback)(in_f12, in_f14, sel)`.
ReaGhidraMipsSoftFloat.java now derives a `__rea_soft_float` prototype from
the program's own default o32 model (encoded, float pentries and
float-consuming rules removed, so byte-order-specific aggregate rules and the
hidden struct-return pointer are kept), installs it as a specification
extension, and assigns it with dynamic storage to every non-thunk function,
external function and function-pointer definition whose formal types use
float or double. Thunks follow their targets. Float types are kept
everywhere, so the integer-retype fallback is removed. The script fails
without writing its report if the derived prototype or any reassigned
function still uses an FPU register.
The policy becomes `o32-soft-float-prototype-v1` with a
{functions, definitions} report. The soft-float fixture adds an indirect
call through a typed pointer; the real-Ghidra lane requires its constants
with no FPU inputs and the struct return's `float scale` in $a1.
* test(ghidra): pin ODDSPREG acceptance for soft-float MIPS ABI records
Review on #1949 suggested requiring flags1 == 0 for soft-float, since MIPS_AFL_FLAGS1_ODDSPREG names CPR1 registers. GCC 5.2 kernel modules, LLVM/Rust firmware and Clang -msoft-float objects all record flags1 = 1 with FP ABI soft-float: it is the MIPS32 o32 toolchain default and selects nothing without CPR1. Keep accepting it, say why at the check, and test that soft-float with ODDSPREG is admitted while any other general flag is refused.
* feat(ghidra): admit relocatable MIPS32r2 ELF objects
Linux MIPS kernel modules (.ko) and other ELF32 o32 MIPS32r2 ET_REL objects
were refused by the Ghidra MIPS lane. Ghidra's ELF loader already places each
allocated section and applies REL relocations; this admits ET_REL alongside
ET_EXEC (ET_DYN and PRX stay refused) under its own support lane,
`elf32-rel-o32-arch32r2-standard-v1`, so executable targets keep theirs.
Relocatable sessions carry limitations: addresses are analysis coordinates,
undefined symbols live in Ghidra's EXTERNAL block, and HI16 relocations report
PARTIAL because Ghidra applies them with their paired LO16.
Verification: new `verify:ghidra:mips-relocatable` real-Ghidra lane builds
-c -G0 objects in both byte orders plus a soft-float -mlong-calls module
variant. GNU readelf supplies sections, symbols and REL entries; every
relocation in an allocated section must encode S + A in the loaded word
(S from Ghidra placement, A from original bytes), with HI16/LO16 checked as
the effective address each LO16 forms, and coverage of a shared HI16, a LO16
carry, external code/data and R_MIPS_32 is asserted. The executable lane,
unit suites pass, and on 30 real .ko files 54,972 relocations matched (93 reference empty sections and are not checkable).
* fix(ghidra): verify every MIPS HI16 and archive-typed soft-float externals
Review feedback on #1950:
- The relocation oracle kept one pending HI16, so a second HI16 before the
LO16 that resolves both overwrote the first, and unrelated relocations
cleared it; the earlier site's high half and carry were never compared
with S + A. Every HI16 now waits for the next LO16 of its symbol, which
checks all of them; later LO16s reuse those HI16s, and a HI16 left
unresolved at a section end fails. On 30 real soft-float kernel modules,
24 contain several HI16s per LO16; all 54,972 placed relocations match.
- External callees with float prototypes: the relocatable fixture now calls
powf, whose prototype Ghidra's C library archive applies by name. Every
variant must decompile `powf(1.5,2.5)` without FPU inputs, and the
soft-float module variant must report that __rea_soft_float covered it
(with the external step removed it decompiles as `powf(param_1,param_2)`).
`-fno-builtin` keeps the call from being folded.
Also updates the module variant's expected soft-float policy to
`o32-soft-float-prototype-v1`.

MCP annotations derived destructiveHint only from mayDiscardData, so tools
that run the analysis target or a caller-selected executable
(capture_process_scenario, observe_native_calls) and tools that change an
attached Android device (install/uninstall/push/start/stop) advertised
destructiveHint: false.
Add explicit executesForeignCode and mutatesDevice effect flags, audit them
across all 170 tool effect records, and derive
destructiveHint = mayDiscardData || executesForeignCode || mutatesDevice.
readOnlyHint semantics are unchanged.
Hopper/Ghidra metadata writers (set_address_name, set_addresses_names,
set_bookmark, set_comment, set_inline_comment, annotate_native_function)
can replace or clear existing analyst names and comments, so they now
declare mayDiscardData as well.
A contract test pins the destructive set and requires every tool whose
description mentions running, launching, executing, starting, installing or
uninstalling to declare one of the new flags or carry a reasoned exception,
so wording and effects cannot silently drift. The binary_session effects
output schema carries the new flags.

* fix(javascript): follow bundler namespace interop for Electron APIs
Rolldown/tsdown emit `let electron = require("electron"); electron =

reassignment or the helper call hid the Electron origin, so bundled
main processes reported zero BrowserWindows and preloads.
Locally declared, never reassigned interop helpers recognized by name

not treated as a reassignment. Other writes stay unresolved.

* feat(harmony): project HarmonyOS package inventory evidence
First HarmonyOS increment from #1431: HAP, HSP, and App Pack roots are
classified through the hardened ZIP reader and projected into an
execution-free application graph with packaging-model hints, exact
component paths and hashes, App Pack children by path, runtime-family
hints, and path-based N-API bridge hypotheses. HarmonyOS .har stays
unclassified by suffix because .har also names HTTP Archive JSON.
Adds the project_harmony_application_graph tool (CLI and MCP), synthetic
composition coverage, a pinned real-package verify lane, and docs.
* refactor(domain): share application graph projection scaffolding
The HarmonyOS projection mirrors the Android and Apple projections by
design, which pushed jscpd duplication over its 2.5 percent budget.
Extract the identical pieces (inventory input schema, projected
component schema and occurrence flattening, bridge candidate schema
factory, coverage assembly, comparator, canonical digest) into
domain/mobileApplicationGraphProjection.ts and route all three
projections plus the composition fixtures through it. Duplication drops
from 2.52 to 2.49 percent with no behavior change: projection ids,
classifications, and limitations are byte-identical.
* fix(harmony): address review, stable app-pack roots, and rotated fixture
- rebased onto main; the shared projection scaffolding now keeps main's
nativeRuntimeConvention loop and the harmony runtime families adopt the
same react-native/flutter/unity path conventions
- the .app App Pack suffix is now a root-input rule only (verified ZIP
magic in classifyRootFormat and BinaryTargetResolver); nested .app ZIP
members inside other packages keep the generic zip classification, with
a regression test, so existing inventories do not change
- the signing limitation now states that an empty signing list does not

* feat(ghidra): admit bounded PSP ELF through installed Allegrex
Build on merged generic MIPS without weakening its policy. Bind caller-installed processor files into the analysis profile, check them again before launch, force and verify PSP language selection, retain limitations, and extend the public CLI/MCP verifier with source-owned PSP and target-switching checks. Local actual focused Vitest: 102 passed, one existing permission skip. Hosted static and real-provider results are pending.
* fix(ghidra): validate PSPSDK ABI records in PSP admission
* test(ghidra): bind PSP ABI verification to snapshot profiles
* test(ghidra): declare independent PSP ABI reader contract
* test(ghidra): retain the PSP fixture discriminated type
* test(ghidra): contextually type PSP metadata as the MIPS target variant
* test(ghidra): keep carved firmware checks scoped to generic MIPS fixtures
* style(ghidra): format PSP language-override guard
* style(test): format PSP language override regressions
* fix(ghidra): bound PSP extension enumeration before allocation

* fix(bun): report the real runtime and enforce worker memory budgets on Windows
Under Bun, REA recorded Node/V8 identity it did not observe and its JavaScript helper processes ran without a memory bound, because Bun ignores the V8 heap flags REA passes. Source-map trace Evidence claimed runtime node-v8 with Bun's synthetic V8 heap limit (the decoder then rejected that limit, so trace_web_source_location always failed), analysis resource failures reported heap limits Bun does not enforce, the HAR decoder claimed a fixed 192 MiB heap, and doctor reported Bun's Node.js compatibility version as the Node version.
Identify the runtime once from process.versions. Source-map reports record id bun with the Bun and Node.js compatibility versions and a null v8_heap_limit_bytes; the decoder checks the heap budget only for V8 reports and rejects a report from a runtime other than the launching one. The analysis worker reports a null heap limit under Bun, HAR limitations and failures omit heap sizes under Bun, and the doctor node check reports Bun and passes when its Node.js compatibility version is supported.
On Windows under Bun, each helper's owned Job Object now carries a commit limit of its heap budget plus a measured 512 MiB Bun runtime reserve (704 MiB for the codec and HAR decoder, 1536 MiB for the default analyzer). The native addon accepts an optional page-aligned job memory limit on process_spawn, verifies it by readback, associates a private completion port before the child is created, and reports a sticky memoryLimitReached and peak job commit on each poll; inspect reports jobMemoryLimit. A requested limit with an artifact lacking the control refuses the launch, and non-Windows launchers refuse a limit.
Reaching the limit is classified by the job notification rather than Bun's exit status: the analyzer fails the current source with a memory resource failure reporting worker_process_memory_limit_bytes, the codec returns a memory resource failure, and the HAR decoder returns its memory failure with process_memory_limit_bytes. Bun source-map Evidence records process_memory_limit_bytes, verified against the launcher. Node.js launches and outputs are unchanged.
* fix(windows): drain memory notifications after observing exit

Setup run through bunx or bun x registered the bin inside bun's temporary
package cache. Detect bun's package-runner launch from npm_command=exec
with a bun user agent and register the pinned bunx launcher, wrapped in
cmd.exe on Windows like the npx launcher. Doctor, update maintenance and
uninstall recognize it as REA-owned, and setup's printed commands name
the runner that launched it.
Read the runner variables case-insensitively on Windows, where the CLI
environment snapshot upper-cases variable names and setup run through
npx also fell back to the cache path.

inspect-pe-resources rejected stock Windows resource images because their
tables exceed the 4096-entry default. Windows 11 25H2 SystemResources
measures imageres.dll.mun at 6476 examined entries, shell32.dll.mun at 5903
and wmploc.DLL.mun at 5440, so the default budget now admits each of them
with headroom while the maximum stays 65536. The independent 8 MiB metadata
budget still bounds allocation, and exceeding any budget still fails without
partial results.
The stable filesystem boundary test now emits a 6476-entry table through a
larger fixture section and asserts that the default budgets report complete
coverage, covering stock-image scale without a real Windows file.
