morluto d8a9673fc4 fix(process): name the Swift compile deadline (#6071)
Name REA_SWIFTC_COMPILE_TIMEOUT_MS, its effective milliseconds, the
1..2147483647 range, and the omitted 120000 ms default when a Darwin
ownership-helper compile times out. A change applies after REA restarts,
on the next ownership-helper compile.

Producer SIGXCPU and SIGXFSZ recovery says REA retains the tighter
inherited limit. Agent-visible fixed caps in this theme say this release
has no runtime override. Numbers are unchanged.

Kaoru0822 5df59ee1fd fix(errors): name fixed plist decode allowances instead of host memory in recovery (#5860)
fix(errors): derive fixed-allowance recovery from a typed refusal field

inspect_plist refused a binary plist above its fixed 64 MiB decode
estimate, or nested deeper than 128 levels, with resource "memory" and no
recovery, so the shared presentation told the caller to add worker or
host memory. Neither raises that allowance. The 64 MiB source-size refusal
likewise got the worker file-size advice for evidence replies.

AnalysisResourceConstraintError now carries a typed fixedAllowance
{ name, kind }. fixedAllowanceOptions sets it instead of a prebuilt
string, and the presentation derives the recovery from it, so every
existing fixed-allowance producer moves to the same field. Operation
re-attribution, IDA startup re-attribution and explicit redaction copy the
field through one resourceConstraintRecovery helper; redaction still
applies to the allowance name.

The plist decode, nesting and input refusals use the field. A nesting
refusal now reports maximum_nesting_depth instead of the decode byte
limit it did not exceed.

morluto ef59174c1e fix(errors): name fixed allowances in resource-constraint recovery (#5633)
* fix(errors): name fixed allowances in resource-constraint recovery

Fixed parser, count, report, input, and capture refusals inherited
host-memory, wait-and-retry, or retained-Evidence advice. Producers now
attach allowance-specific recovery, and deterministic capacity caps are
not retryable. IL2CPP reader occupancy stays retryable capacity.

Refs #5556, #5405, #5456, #5459, #5460, #5504, #5505, #5506, #5537, #5628, #5630, #5631, #5632

* fix(il2cpp): keep a closing metadata reader non-retryable

close() stops admission before the active inspection finishes. A second
inspect in that window was projected as retryable capacity. Closing and
closed readers now report capability_unavailable. Occupied readers that
remain open stay retryable.

* fix(errors): align fixed-cap recovery with retained facts

IL2CPP report refusals keep observed source facts instead of denying Evidence. Command-output caps use the capture allowance. Ghidra seed recovery names the limit that was exceeded.

* fix(errors): call byte caps a byte allowance

WASM representation limits and the IL2CPP Ghidra seed-file cap are byte budgets. Their recovery no longer says the exceeded allowance is a fixed count.

* test(ida): keep unresolved procedure lookups non-retryable

Main now treats an unchanged invalid request as non-retryable. The IDA lookup tests follow that projection.

* fix(errors): qualify capture recovery for live output

A fixed capture allowance still rejects the same output. Live captures such as adb logcat can change between requests, so recovery no longer says every unchanged request fails again.

* fix(adb): keep a truncated live capture retryable

Device output can shrink between calls, so an adb capture that exceeds the allowance stays retryable. Deterministic capture and version-output limits stay non-retryable.

* fix(adb): keep truncated mutations non-retryable

Only live observations opt into retrying a capture that exceeded the allowance. Push, install, uninstall, and other mutations stay non-retryable.

* fix(errors): keep live capture recovery off deterministic limits

Artifact-derived capture allowances again say the unchanged request fails. Only volatile adb observations use the live-output sentence.

morluto 8a247fc70f fix(providers): preserve artifact producer cancellation facts
Wire sigrok and tshark finalization to the effective signal. Services and file-failure adapters retain exact opaque reasons and completed Evidence instead of guessing from error names. Preserve typed primary outcomes through failed cleanup and recovery.

Validation: latest per-file coverage is 114 passing tests across nine selected files with 14 explicit Linux-only skips; core foundation passes independently. check:fast, docs and discovery pass. Four finalization controls failed before the signal ownership fix. Bounded completed authored-producer service workflows have identical Evidence with no performance improvement claim. Real sigrok/tshark and native Linux/Windows were not verified.

Closes #4858

morluto 1b97b0f370 fix(lifecycle): preserve observations and cleanup ownership (#4274)
* fix(application): retain completed evidence through cancellation

Validate completed provider reports before classifying cancellation and preserve Evidence and captured diagnostics. Share MCP recording and delivery across custom observation handlers. Add source-owned completion and public SDK recording controls. Refs #3923, #3927, #4261.

* fix(wasm): retain final observations through cancellation

Keep completed Evidence after finalization and through CLI/MCP delivery. Preserve output and cleanup failure precedence. Refs #4254.

* fix(browser): retain final observations and forward cancellation

Classify final CDP detach and completed scenario cleanup at the provider boundary. Translate completed partials into canonical Evidence for MCP recording, and forward CLI cancellation to passive Electron tools. Refs #4255, #4256, #4257.

* fix(ghidra): isolate cancellation of shared startup waiters

Keep startup group-owned while each caller has an independent abortable wait. Await final-owner cleanup and preserve cleanup facts before retrying. Reuse the shared abortable promise helper. Refs #3983.

* fix(mcp): keep shutdown registrations until cleanup succeeds

Retain repeated event requests while unresolved owners need cleanup, and unregister only after success. Verify coalescing and failed-owner retry. Refs #4253.

* fix(adb): own transfer snapshots and stage screen publication

Bind transfer digests to the exact private input bytes and preserve caller APK names. Retain failed descriptors and private-root owners with typed cleanup evidence; publish captures exclusively after the cancellation cutoff. Refs #4251, #4252.

* fix(verification): report ADB cleanup failures

Always close after attempted verification and keep unexpected primary failures and cleanup details visible. Exercise the production script with controlled imports, including null and undefined throws. Refs #4260.

* fix(runner): stop owned Windows commands on cancellation

Use the retained ChildProcess handle for IPC cancellation and parent disconnection. Keep the SQLite lock until observed child close, and include native Windows regressions in the curated CI lane. Native Windows results remain pending. Refs #4258.

* fix(website): canonicalize link containment boundaries

Compare resolved targets with resolved repository and site roots. Accept directory aliases while preserving escape checks and keep fixtures within their temporary owner. Refs #4264.

* docs(testing): cover completion races and cleanup retry

Clarify validation-before-cancellation, independent startup waiter controls, producer and adapter coverage, and repeated shutdown events.

* fix(filesystem): retain file owners and completed reads after close failure

* fix(session): report retained snapshot staging in cleanup status

Fixes #4277. Include both snapshot and profile file-resource scopes in the owning status fact, preserving publication receipts and cleanup retry.

* docs(mcp): clarify recovery of raw partial observations

Document the observed SDK cancellation boundary and the open design decision in #4276 without promoting raw errors to Evidence.
