morluto 0405c9d361 fix(artifacts)!: authenticate complete inspection and summary inputs 
BREAKING CHANGE: Artifact inventories require scoped coverage. Obsolete coverage_status and prose-based coverage inference are removed. Inspection carriers authenticate every retained inventory substep.

morluto 4d4631ac94 test: harden verification fixtures and runtime coverage 
Use exact discovered test identities, production MCP sessions and byte-exact setup backups. Add CLI signal cleanup coverage and independent Ghidra, Go and firmware verification assertions; prune redundant test configuration and preserve platform limits.

* fix(artifacts): preserve complete root inventory comparisons

* fix(artifacts): declare inventory coverage before comparison

* fix(artifacts): preserve traversal omissions and materialization limits

* fix(artifacts): preserve coverage declarations and projection scope

Remove the duplicate inventory-schema import. Compare original coverage declarations, including field omission, before adapting legacy pages. Require explicit scope for completeness and container-entry coverage for application projections.

Source inspection and git diff --check only. Tests, builds and typechecks skipped by explicit user request. GitHub review writes paused globally.

morluto c2b56e3e1c test: classify filesystem and process workflows by boundary 
Move artifact inventory, application projection, runtime reconciliation, and TODO scanner suites into their real boundary lanes. Extract Hopper process/socket cleanup cases while keeping injected session cleanup cases in composition.

Validation: all 56 focused tests passed; discovery finds all 876 test files exactly once. Test assertions and provider verification scope are unchanged.
