Kaoru0822 900d7c8606 fix(artifacts): project compiled AppKit actions from the control to its target (#905)
* fix(artifacts): project compiled AppKit actions from the control to its target

NSNibControlConnector archives the sending control as NSSource and the
action target as NSDestination; a nil target is the first responder. The
NIBArchive projection swapped them for control connectors, so every
compiled AppKit action ran from its target to the control. The action
trace, which follows control -> action, could not find them, and the
selector node was keyed by the control instead of the target class. When
the target was nil, the swapped source was null and the action was
dropped: Chess lost 29 menu actions, KeepingYouAwake 7.

Connectors now keep NSSource -> NSDestination. The NIBArchive test
encoder moves to a fixture module so a bundle test can build compiled
NIBs.

Kaoru0822 8b243877c2 fix(artifacts): project UIKit runtime outlet and event connections
Compiled UIKit NIBs and storyboards archive outlets and control actions
as UIRuntimeOutletConnection and UIRuntimeEventConnection with
UISource, UIDestination, and UILabel. The NIBArchive projection
recognized only AppKit *Connector classes with NS-prefixed keys, so an
iOS app produced no outlet or action edges: Stash's 64 decoded documents
yielded none. These connections are now projected with the same
source -> destination roles, an event connection carries its
UIEventMask as ui_event_mask, UIClassSwapper reports its UIClassName,
UIProxyObject is a placeholder, and connection records are no longer
emitted as unknown objects.

Kaoru0822 418a5562f6 fix(native): keep the resolved bundle plist and permission failures
- Carry the Info.plist that declared the program file on the target as
bundleInfoPlist, so inspect_plist defaults to it even when the program
file is a symlink into another bundle directory.
- Accept a readable Info.plist symlink, as reading the plist directly did.
- Treat only a missing path as an absent layout or wrapper; a permission
denial now reaches the resolver's permission-denied classification.

Kaoru0822 aeebba391e feat(native): open iOS-style and iOS-on-Mac wrapper app bundles
Every native command rejected an iOS app installed on an Apple silicon
Mac, such as /Applications/Stash.app, with "app has no readable
CFBundleExecutable": the resolver understood only the macOS layout,
Contents/Info.plist with Contents/MacOS/<executable>. iOS-style bundles,
including those extracted from an IPA, keep Info.plist and the program
file at the bundle root, and an iOS-on-Mac wrapper holds that bundle in
Wrapper/<Name>.app.

Bundle resolution moves to AppBundleExecutable and accepts the macOS
layout, then the flat layout, then a wrapper's single real Wrapper/*.app
directory. The WrappedBundle symlink is never followed, and the program
file must stay inside its bundle. inspect_plist defaults to the Info.plist
beside the program file when the bundle has no Contents/Info.plist.

Kaoru0822 73370e1c06 fix(dotnet): treat ambiguous undecoded members as possible counterparts
An undecoded member in an ambiguous exact-signature group stays unpaired,
like a one-sided member, but the counterpart check considered only
one-sided members. A decoded member with the same declared type and name
on the other side was therefore reported as removed or added. Ambiguous
candidates now count as possible changed counterparts too.

Kaoru0822 2a4667bb79 fix(artifacts): decode flat keyed-archive NIBs with data and shared references
decode_interface_builder failed on every flat (keyed-archive) NIB that
holds plist data or dates. Archived colors keep their components as
data, so this covers nearly every AppKit NIB: XLD.app decoded 0 of 64.
The decoded Uint8Array and Date values failed JSON validation. They now
use the shared plist projection, which keeps them as explicit
$plist_type values.

Decoding those archives exposed a second failure. The keyed-archive
parser inlined every UID reference up to 16 levels for every object, so
an archive whose views reference their window, superview, and next key
view expanded exponentially. A 9 KB NIB took 3 s, and a 158 KB
MainMenu.nib did not finish. A reference now resolves to its string, or
to a stub naming the referenced object's archive UID, authored ID, and
class. The hierarchy walk visits each object once. The parser also reads
XML CF$UID references and treats UID 0 as nil.

Kaoru0822 6729ee7636 fix(plist): report omitted __proto__ entries in signatures and Interface Builder
#885 decodes XML plists that contain a __proto__ key by omitting those
entries, but signature entitlements and Interface Builder plists dropped
the omission count. inspect_signature returned an entitlement set that
looked complete, and archive_decode stayed complete. Both now report the
omission: a signature limitation, and a partial archive_decode facet with
reason dictionary_entries_omitted and a per-document limitation.

The placeholder that stands in for __proto__ was reserved against the raw
XML text, so an entity-encoded key such as &#95;&#95;rea_prototype_key__
decoded to the placeholder and was omitted as if it were __proto__. The
placeholder is now reserved against the decoded text.

Kaoru0822 76b70203d9 fix(dotnet): keep a decoded member unknown beside an undecoded counterpart
A field that changed from a decodable to an undecoded signature was
reported as removed on the decoded side and unknown on the other. The
undecoded member with the same declared type and name may be that field
with a changed signature, so its decoded counterpart is now unknown too,
with a counterpart-signature-not-decoded limitation.

The compare_managed_members description now names the exact declared
type, name, and raw signature tier and the undecoded handling.

ysopwnable b808e2d6bb refactor(provider): declare deep capabilities from source (#892) 2026-10-07 15:41:50 +08:00
Kaoru0822 d52af3b321 fix(dotnet): compare members with undecoded signatures by exact identity
`compare_managed_members` gave undecoded (unsupported or malformed)
signatures no match key at all. In complete inventories every such member
was then reported as removed on one side and added on the other, even
for byte-identical assemblies: comparing PSReadLine.dll with itself
reported 457 added and 457 removed members, mostly generic
instantiations the signature decoder does not support.

The raw signature blob is the exact signature, so methods and fields now
pair by exact declared type, name, and raw signature without decoding.
An undecoded member that still has no counterpart is reported as unknown
with a `signature-not-decoded` limitation, never added or removed, because
no shape round could look for a changed counterpart.

Iwakurakaoru0822 a08be51e9f fix(plist): read XML plists containing a __proto__ key
The `plist` XML decoder throws on the legal dictionary key `__proto__`
(its CVE-2022-22912 guard). An app whose XML Info.plist held such an
entry could not be opened at all ("app has no readable
CFBundleExecutable"), and entitlements, XML keyed archives, and
Interface Builder plists failed the same way. On the plutil JSON route,
validation silently dropped the key from `inspect_plist` results.

Decode XML plists through a shared reader that substitutes such keys
before the decoder runs, then omits and counts those entries.
`inspect_plist` and `inspect_keyed_archive` report the omission as a
limitation instead of failing or dropping it silently.

Iwakurakaoru0822 37fe105ba1 fix(native): keep echoed Mach-O paths out of load commands and symbols
otool and dyld_info print the operand path before a slice's records,
and the Mach-O parsers read that header as output. A file name holding
`Load command` blocks or `(from lib)` lines therefore added a forged
LC_MAIN entrypoint, corrupted the Mach header fields, and injected
imports and exports into `inspect_macho`.

Strip the exact echoed operand header (`<path>:`, `<path> (architecture
<arch>):`, `<path> [<arch>]:`) before parsing. Output without that
header, such as replayed captures, is parsed unchanged.

Iwakurakaoru0822 0674facd46 fix(native): report why a selected plist cannot be inspected
`inspect_plist` turned a missing selected plist, a directory, or a file
that is not a property list into a generic execution failure that
advised retrying and running `rea doctor`. A bare Mach-O without
Contents/Info.plist failed the same way.

Check the resolved path before running plutil and keep plutil's decode
diagnostic. A caller-selected path now fails as invalid input naming
the path and the reason; a missing default Info.plist is unavailable for
the target. The CLI no longer sends Contents/Info.plist as an explicit
selection, so its default matches the MCP default.

Iwakurakaoru0822 35c82b93eb fix(artifacts): read keyed archive dictionaries keyed UID as dictionaries
Foundation encodes `encode(_:forKey: "UID")` as a `$top` dictionary
whose single key is `UID`. The keyed archive projection treated every
one-key `UID`/`CF$UID` dictionary as a reference marker, so that root
became a malformed reference and the real link to its object was lost.

Treat a one-key dictionary as a UID only when its value is a number,
matching the binary decoder's UID shape and Foundation's XML `CF$UID`
rule; otherwise descend into it as an ordinary dictionary.

Iwakurakaoru0822 6c88094da4 fix(native): pass Swift symbols to swift-demangle as operands
`swift-demangle` parsed a symbol beginning with `-` as an option, so
`-help` replaced the results with usage text and the call failed as
unreadable output. A symbol containing a line feed split into extra
output records, and the CRLF-tolerant parser stripped a carriage return
that belonged to the final symbol.

Pass the symbols after `--`, split records on the LF the demangler
emits, and reject multi-line symbols in the shared CLI/MCP input schema.
