Wrapper substitution keyed contextBridge findings only by the inner
exposure call's range, so every helper invocation replaced the previous
one while unioning its members: the last key survived with every
invocation's members. Substituted members also listed only immediate
object keys, dropping nested paths that direct syntax retains.
Record substituted exposures per site and per world and key, and replace
the site's syntax observation once after traversal. Invocations exposing
one key at one site describe one API covering each alternative object; a
traced invocation whose key, object or world stays unresolved or guarded
keeps the site's own unresolved observation. Enumerate member paths
through resolved objects with the direct syntax depth bound, which also
retains the depth-limit unknown that substitution previously dropped.

Reuse test-owned stdio MCP connections within two stateless source-analysis matrices while retaining every original CLI/MCP scenario, schema/Evidence checks and test-finished cleanup. Add cross-input identity controls.
Validation: 23 focused public-workflow tests and complete check:ci passed; stale-response fault detected. Exact-head hosted CI and available review passed. Pinned workload measurements and their limits are recorded in the PR.
Refs #4737.
Reuse the semantic array-index parser so leading-zero keys stay unresolved instead of selecting positional arguments. Preserve canonical indices, literal fallback and dynamic-key uncertainty.

Merge direct same-call nested member facts into symbolic wrapper results using canonical deduplication and ordering. Preserve unknown spread coverage rather than losing known member paths.
Validation: bounded source cases and public CLI/stdio MCP spread/no-spread controls. The existing 125,000-member stress case exceeded the 384 MiB local cap and was stopped without increasing the limit; that capacity case remains unverified locally.
Fixes#3212
* fix(javascript): retain bridge conditions on IPC joins
* fix(javascript): retain IPC condition ownership
* style(javascript): format bridge path regression
* fix(process): report no remaining time after a provider deadline fires
Node timers can fire while performance.now() is still a fraction of a
millisecond short of the monotonic deadline. ProviderStartupDeadline then
reported interruption "timeout" and an aborted signal while remainingMs()
returned ceil(0.x) = 1, so polling loops guarded by remainingMs() > 0
(Hopper and Ghidra startup) could run past an elapsed deadline, and the
real-timer test "aborts a bounded wait when its real monotonic deadline
expires" failed intermittently in CI (expected 1 to be 0).
Once the deadline's own timer has classified a timeout, report zero
remaining time. A deterministic regression test fires the timer with the
monotonic clock 0.4 ms short of the deadline.

Include enclosing control-flow predicates when deciding whether symbolic
wrapper facts can be reported without guards. Preserve the guarded paths
and unresolved coverage instead of inventing unconditional exposures or
channel pairing candidates.
Keep fully observed renderer transmissions singular when tracing an exposed
callback. Distinct wrapper registrations still retain invocation identities.
This fixes the Electron package baseline's doubled transmission count.
Validation: check; 43 exact source and public CLI/MCP tests; existing artifact,
extraction, Electron analysis and routed-analysis verifier against the built
CLI. Installed-package platform coverage remains with CI.
Keep direct empty bridge objects observed, reject unexecuted initializers,
invalidate modified bootstrap tables and Electron identities, and retain
selection predicates through symbolic values and wrapper paths. Track lexical
binding identity and completed activation boundaries without leaking analysis
order into earlier reads.
Separate wrapper invocation provenance from the underlying IPC source range
so repeated registrations remain ambiguous through transfer and graph joins.
Use the same offered transfer budget for module preflight and final writing.
Index static literal properties once instead of rescanning every member. Keep
the original 10,001-member capacity fixture; Flameox confirmed the repeated
lookup cost and the optimized fixture completes in under one second locally.
Prune the stale compact-schema tool inventory assertion and update the public
call-graph registration expectation to its declared result envelope.
Validation: build, check, docs:check, 83 focused tests, 10 Electron identity
acceptance cases, 2 full-scale finding-capacity cases, and 7 compact-schema
transport tests. No real Electron runtime execution is claimed.
