Construct the canonical ToolResultDelivery through the native continuation policy factory. Move type and lifecycle spy consumers to the core owner while preserving explicit response budgets and the deferred runtime composition.

Remove duplicate MCP defaults, the fixed CDP deadline message, and the canned Windows authority reason after verifying their only consumers were tests.
Pin independent expected budget facts, exercise active default and selected CDP deadlines, and verify exact authored native diagnostic propagation. Preserve malformed-input, cancellation, omission, and authority assertions. Verified 222 focused cases, 9 README cases, build, static checks, docs, discovery, and duplication at 3.58%.

Move the synthetic evaluator and its unchanged semantic tests out of the shipped runtime. Retain actual CLI and MCP Evidence separately from the synthetic nine-stage baseline in a versioned verifier artifact, execute its reported conformance checks, and assign the verifier to its CI lane.
Validation: evaluator/state/classifier source suites, compiled CLI/MCP views, verify:readiness, static checks, build and docs passed. Readiness observed coverage is static analysis; fixture runtime behavior and reconstruction closure were not executed.
Remove the isolated package, replay and trust-gate modules with their synthetic-only tests. No application, CLI/MCP, verifier or package export consumes them. Keep active provider completion, managed conformance, fixture verification, readiness and reconstruction coverage paths.
Restrict Windows A/W suffix and stdcall candidates to their applicable native format. Preserve original metadata and per-observation Evidence ownership. Exercise identity contradictions and wrong-role controls through the shared CLI and stdio MCP workflows.

* feat(firmware): attribute hardware MMIO peripheral memory regions in native disassembly
- introduce hardwareMemoryMap domain model supporting standard ARM Cortex-M, RISC-V, MIPS, x86, and ARM64 physical memory region classifications (Code, SRAM, Peripheral MMIO, System Control Space, External Device)
- distinguish RAM/ROM and address-space segments from MMIO (isolate ARM External RAM / Device and MIPS kseg0/kseg1 uncached mirrors and boot ROM as non-MMIO)
- add hardwarePeripheralAttribution to map analyzed instruction references to hardware peripheral blocks and summarize peripheral register interaction profiles with numerical offset ordering
- expand ReaGhidraBridge.java decoder_context to capture ARM TMode execution register alongside MIPS ISA_MODE for native instruction inspection
- add focused unit and boundary tests across hardwareMemoryMap.test.ts, hardwarePeripheralAttribution.test.ts, GhidraFunctionValues.test.ts, and ghidraCompactReferencesMcp.test.ts verifying region bounds, MMIO isolation, numerical sorting, 32-bit/64-bit overflow rejection, ARM TMode MCP preservation, and bridge contract bindings

* feat(native): decode Swift nominal type declarations from __swift5_types
Fill swift_decls from the nominal type context descriptors that survive
stripping: kind (class, struct, enum, actor), own and qualified name,
module, generic flag, anonymous-context flag, metadata accessor and
descriptor location, with evidence citing the type record. Unresolved
parent contexts keep qualified_name null and the entry partial.
One shared reader walks each context once; class vtable recovery now
consumes its descriptors instead of re-reading the records, so a type
record that cannot be read keeps both facets partial. Remove the
never-populated swift_decls fields that descriptors do not carry.
Fixes#5341

* fix(native): bound Swift context walks and decode vtables in record order
Address review of the nominal-type reader:
- Cache intrinsic context depth (distance to the module) so a cached
parent cannot bypass the 32-context bound, and never cache a stop that
depends on where the walk began. Bound qualified names to 4096
characters so nesting cannot multiply name storage.
- Visit each descriptor as soon as its kind and name are read, so a
class vtable spends the record budget in record order instead of after
every later declaration.
- Report an accessor outside executable mapped code as null and keep the
declaration partial.
- Forward a name failure to vtable coverage only when the record is a
class or its kind is unknown.

Construct integer formats directly while preserving bounds, refinements, metadata and current shared schema owners. Keep Incur-dependent CLI numeric coercion declarations unchanged.
Verify canonical advertisements, 126 numeric boundary cases, 974 actual CLI parser cases, broad source tests and real public-artifact SDK workflows. Record 72 normal tasks and 12 separate owned-inspector heap diagnostics with whole-family resource bounds; distinguish SDK spans and asymmetric audit overhead. * fix(mcp): name response-byte and startup ceilings in recovery
Name REA_MCP_MAX_RESPONSE_BYTES, its effective value, the 10485760 byte

* fix(mcp): distinguish string ceilings and keep dossier recovery
Name REA's reserved string limit separately from Node's ceiling, restore

* fix(mcp): keep export advice when a summary exceeds the response budget

Windows ships two tar implementations. `C:\Windows\System32\tar.exe` (bsdtar)
terminates every listed member with CRLF, so `verify-package-pack.mjs`
splitting the listing on a bare "\n" left a trailing "\r" on each non-final
member. `verifyPackedBridge` compares member identities exactly, so it reported
`package omitted package/bridge/hopper_bridge.py` although the tarball ships
that member (#4128).
`parseTarListing` normalizes line endings once, at the listing owner, and
preserves every member string beyond its line ending. `verifyPackagePack` is
the only tar listing producer in the package verifiers, so its consumers now
compare bare member names; the prefix checks in the same file keep their
behavior because they never matched a line ending.
Covered by `tests/conformance/package/packedTarListing.test.ts`: CRLF and LF
listings both yield exact bridge identities, the trailing line ending no longer
produces an empty member, member strings keep embedded spaces, and a regression
guard pins the previous parse's failure.
Real Windows 11 evidence (`package/bridge/hopper_bridge.py` in the listing):
| tar | listing | split("\n") | parseTarListing |
| ---------------------------------- | ------- | ----------- | --------------- |
| Git for Windows GNU tar | LF | true | true |
| C:\Windows\System32\tar.exe | CRLF | false | true |
