Serve renamed create members and evidence-gated UUID regeneration. Preserve every copied text occurrence and withhold cross-field scalar UUID relations the independent generators cannot reproduce. Assisted-by: Kogasa (gensokyo-skills:kogasa-surprise-testing)

Tasks
- Accept a create member stored under another name, and template text around copied values.
- Rule fresh UUIDs on update as
unique, and rewritten child rows asrenewed. - Apply and serve both rules.
- Add unit, gate and serving tests, each failing on the previous head.
- Document the rules.
- Measure the pilot recordings, the 50 published captures and the served smoke.
- Run static, formatting, duplication, documentation and test gates.
