Ysopwnable 5f93b4b125 fix(ci): restore generated shard inputs and cleanup assertions ...

Restore ignored generated inputs before deterministic test shards consume the downloaded build. Preserve verified cleanup assertions and explicitly check residual unknowns for unrelated processes.
