* fix(ida): keep omitted callee truncation markers unknown

Modern headless callees pages may omit more. The runner treated every
page that was not explicitly capped as complete coverage, so
trace_call_path could return not_reached when callee completeness was
unproven. Map omitted more to unknown coverage and keep the observed
callee rows. Explicit more: false remains complete.

* test(ida): keep omitted callee truncation from becoming not_reached

Assert that an x86 callees page without more reports unknown
relationship coverage and that trace_call_path to an unlisted goal
stays unknown instead of not_reached.
