Subject: [PATCH] keep space reserved for the sidebars above 1280px (fixes
 #2110)

At xl the wrapper dropped its left padding and relied on centering to clear the
fixed sidebars, which only works from about 1338px up. Reserving the right
gutter instead leaves md:pl-[300px] in force, so the column narrows between
1280px and 1338px rather than sliding under the nav.
