Felix Roos 1d65f09f3c - enable most settings:
- keybindings
- line numbers
- line wrapping
- highlighting (new)
- flashing (new)
- autocomplete not working yet
- move themes to codemirror package (currently duplicated)
- generally simplify settings handling
