VelocityRa 801dfd409d [GSoC 2017] RetroPlayer: Video Shaders 
Includes the following fixes from KOPRajs:

  * Calculate separate POT (Power-Of-Two) texture width and height
  * Update video shader preset if size of the source has changed
  * Fix multipass shaders texture scaling and filtering
  * Use optimal FBO texture sizes
  * Clean up multipass rendering logic
  * Set correct destination rectangle size for the last pass

Paolo Bonzini 50cbf0481e [input/remote] Add buttons "favorites" and "last" 
Two buttons from CEC are mapped to other existing buttons: "favorites"
to "menu" and "last channel" to "teletext".  Plumb them into the
xbmc/input/remote translations, so that they can be given their own
meaning in the keymaps, and add the same buttons to the LIRC map for
non-CEC remotes.

We have user without AVR running fullrange speakers. They want the bass of
a 5.1 or 7.1 layout being mixed into FL and FR. This new setting allows
to do so.
