Grilled Chicken on a wood pellet grill
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- Olive Oil
- Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
- Paprika
- Parsley
- Garlic Powder or Garlic Cloves
- Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Season the chicken with all of the ingredients above.
- Allow it to marinate in the fridge for ideally at least 3-4 hours. 30 minutes is also fine but the longer the better. Overnight is best.
- Heat the grill to 375 degree Fahrenheit.
- Place the chicken on the grill and flip when the chicken has a good sear on one side.
- Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
