Grilled Chicken on a wood pellet grill

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs
  • Olive Oil
  • Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Parsley
  • Garlic Powder or Garlic Cloves
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Season the chicken with all of the ingredients above.
  2. Allow it to marinate in the fridge for ideally at least 3-4 hours. 30 minutes is also fine but the longer the better. Overnight is best.
  3. Heat the grill to 375 degree Fahrenheit.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and flip when the chicken has a good sear on one side.
  5. Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
