progress (kill switch = `.run/auto/STOP`). CAVEAT: the close≤30 backlog is the permuter-resistant hard tail
(§20/§24) — it banked **0 in ~1h** on a prior run; expect low/slow yield. The real % lever is the **`_a`
measurement wave** (below), pending Drew's token greenlight — the grinder is the free background filler meanwhile.
**★ THE FINDING (where the fresh fuel is):** the main-`.c` reach-134 fuel is byte-exhausted (1 fresh fn); the
**66+ fresh cached reach-134 fns live in `ov_SC01_077_a.c`** (the Phase-19 `-O0` 3-way split), never waved because
