heavy work (drafting, hand-matching, deep analysis) to Workflows/subagents (isolated context); the main loop holds
only compact gate summaries. cont.7's context bloat came from doing hand-matching + deep-RE INLINE in the
orchestrator (func_80176D94 / func_801775E0 / func_8014EA4C) instead of in a Workflow — bank that lesson.
