# G38 -- Draw-time bankability

Never hand out work the pipeline cannot bank (the wrong optimisation level for its object, an uncarveable table, a library
|
|
region). The exclude list is audited before every draw and a stale one is refused: it records what the TOOLING could not
|
|
do on the day it was written, not a property of the functions.
|
