# G48 -- Every excluded population gets its own lane; never stop the drafter to ship a change

A population left out of the main loop because its gate is expensive gets a lane with a cadence matched to its gate cost.
|
|
The drafting lane is the clock-limited resource and is never stopped to ship a code change; changes ship at a wave boundary
|
|
or to a lane that is not the clock.
