d1401e1dc2 Blackfin: fix DMA/cache bug when resuming from suspend to RAM
The dma_memcpy() function takes care of flushing different caches for us.
Normally this is what we want, but when resuming from mem, we don't yet
have caches enabled.  If these functions happen to be placed into L1 mem
(which is what we're trying to relocate), then things aren't going to
work.  So define a non-cache dma_memcpy() variant to utilize in situations
like this.

502c8a0e07 Blackfin: BF51x: fix handling of PH8 (the "internal" SPI0SEL4 pin)
Even though the PH8 pin is only internal to the processor packaging, it
can be controlled like any other GPIO pin.  Now that we have a proper GPIO
define, we can fix the SPI0 CS4 define for the internal SPI flash.

74181295fb Blackfin: allow cache funcs to be in L1 for IFLUSH Anomaly 05000491
Anomaly 05000491 says that IFLUSH cannot have certain types of memory
stalls triggered before it has completed in order to function correctly.
One such condition is that it be in L1 instruction.  So add a config
option to move it there, default it to on, and throw up a warning when
it is turned off and this anomaly exists.

Since the anomaly should be worked around, we can drop the older method
of calling IFLUSH multiple times.

575570f027 tracing: Fix an unallocated memory access in function_graph
With CONFIG_DEBUG_PAGEALLOC, I observed an unallocated memory access in
function_graph trace. It appears we find a small size entry in ring buffer,
but we access it as a big size entry. The access overflows the page size
and touches an unallocated page.

 ("kconfig: use long options in conf") by Sam Ravnborg. Apparently that
 thing is totally buggy, and doesn't just change the option names, but
 actively breaks them.

The old behaviour (from years ago) were reintroduced by accident.  Fix
this so we are back to the version that are silent if there is nothing
to ask about.

31d1d48e19 Fix init ordering of /dev/console vs callers of modprobe
Make /dev/console get initialised before any initialisation routine that
invokes modprobe because if modprobe fails, it's going to want to open
/dev/console, presumably to write an error message to.

The problem with that is that if the /dev/console driver is not yet
initialised, the chardev handler will call request_module() to invoke
modprobe, which will fail, because we never compile /dev/console as a
module.

This will lead to a modprobe loop, showing the following in the kernel
log:

	request_module: runaway loop modprobe char-major-5-1
	request_module: runaway loop modprobe char-major-5-1
	request_module: runaway loop modprobe char-major-5-1
	request_module: runaway loop modprobe char-major-5-1
	request_module: runaway loop modprobe char-major-5-1

This can happen, for example, when the built in md5 module can't find
the built in cryptomgr module (because the latter fails to initialise).
The md5 module comes before the call to tty_init(), presumably because
'crypto' comes before 'drivers' alphabetically.

Fix this by calling tty_init() from chrdev_init().

1e456a1243 KEYS: request_key() should return -ENOKEY if the constructed key is negative
request_key() should return -ENOKEY if the key it constructs has been
negatively instantiated.

Without this, request_key() can return an unusable key to its caller,
and if the caller then does key_validate() that won't catch the problem.

aab7a8fd19 [SCSI] iscsi boot: mv iscsi_boot_sysfs to drivers/scsi
iscsi_boot_sysfs does not depend on firmware. Any iscsi driver
can use it. This patch moves iscsi_boot_sysfs to the scsi
dir, so that it can be used on any arch with any driver.

6e85dfdc19 mxc_nand: support 8bit ecc
Nand devices with at least 26 bytes of oob data per 512 byte block
can have 8bit ecc on v2 type controllers. This is currently not tested,
but at least this patch puts the ECC_MODE bit into a well defined state.

The v2 controller has a totally different mechanism to check
whether the data we read had ecc errors or not. Implement this.
The mechanism in the v2 controller happens to be identical to
the v3 controller.

1bc991808d mxc_nand: add V1_V2 namespace to registers
This prepares the driver for v3 support. The v3 controller
has a completely different register layout, so add a V1_V2_
namespace to the register defines to avoid confusion with
the v3 regs.

c29c607afa mxc_nand: rework get_dev_status
We save/restore the value in the buffer anyway, so it makes
no difference whether we use main_area0 or main_area1. So,
we can use main_area0 and remove main_area1 from the driver
which is otherwise unused. Also, clean up the comments in
get_dev_status.

f3506b755f [SCSI] 53c700: remove dma_is_consistent usage
This driver is the only user of dma_is_consistent(). We plan to remove
this API.

The driver uses the API in the following way:

The above code tries to see if L1_CACHE_BYTES is greater than
dma_get_cache_alignment() on sysmtes that can not allocate coherent
memory (some old systems can't).

James Bottomley exmplained that this is necesary because the driver
packs the set of mailboxes into a single coherent area and separates
the different usages by a L1 cache stride. So it's fatal if the dma
coherence stride is greater than the L1 cache size.

He also pointed out that we can kill this checking because we don't
hit this BUG_ON on all architectures that actually use the driver.
