This patch moves the dependency of watchdog timer driver from MACH_XXX(board)
to ARCH_XXX(SoC). This will enable all machines using Samsung S3C64XX and S5P
SoCs to use the WDT driver by default.

So far, we reset the converter setups like the stream-tag, the
channel-id and format-id in prepare callbacks, and clear them in
cleanup callbacks. This often causes a silence of the digital
receiver for a couple of seconds.
This patch tries to delay the converter setup changes as much as
possible. The converter setups are cached and aren't reset as long
as the same values are used. At suspend/resume, they are cleared
to be recovered properly, too.

This patch prevent to schedule while atomic by changing the
flchip_shared spinlock into a mutex. This should be save since no atomic
path will use this lock.

The 6-byte protocol supports reporting the position when three fingers
are pressed, exactly like when one finger is pressed. Report this.
In addition, it is also distinguishes between 3 and 4 fingers pressed.

According to the Dell/Ubuntu driver, what was previously observed as
"jumpy cursor" corresponds to the hardware sending incorrect data for
the first two reports of a one touch finger. So let's use the same
workaround as in the other driver. Also, detect another firmware
version with the same behaviour, as in the other driver.

As requested, this patch sets the default to y and removes the
EMBEDDED dependency.

This patch fixes a serious bug in the test disabling patch where
it can cause an spurious load of the cryptomgr module even when
it's compiled in.
It also negates the test disabling option so that its absence
causes tests to be enabled.
The Kconfig option is also now behind EMBEDDED.

If a scatterwalk chain contains an entry with an unaligned offset then
hash_walk_next() will cut off the next step at the next alignment point.
However, if the entry ends before the next alignment point then we a loop,
which leads to a kernel oops.
Fix this by checking whether the next aligment point is before the end of the
current entry.

This fixes a regression in 2.6.35 from 2.6.34, that is
present for select models of Intel cpus when people are
using an MP table.
The commit cf7500c0ea
"x86, ioapic: In mpparse use mp_register_ioapic" started
calling mp_register_ioapic from MP_ioapic_info. An extremely
simple change that was obviously correct. Unfortunately
mp_register_ioapic did just a little more than the previous
hand crafted code and so we gained this call path.
The problem call path is:
MP_ioapic_info()
mp_register_ioapic()
io_apic_unique_id()
io_apic_get_unique_id()
get_physical_broadcast()
modern_apic()
lapic_get_version()
apic_read(APIC_LVR)
Which turned out to be a problem because the local apic
was not mapped, at that point, unlike the similar point
in the ACPI parsing code.
This problem is fixed by mapping the local apic when
parsing the mptable as soon as we reasonably can.
Looking at the number of places we setup the fixmap for
the local apic, I see some serious simplification opportunities.
For the moment except for not duplicating the setting up of the
fixmap in init_apic_mappings, I have not acted on them.

Fix up trivial conflicts in arch/microblaze/kernel/Makefile due to just
some obj-y removals by the devicetree branch, while the microblaze
updates added a new file.
When cmd_record exits the whole perf binary will exit right after,
so no need to traverse lots of complex data structures freeing them.
Sticked a comment for leak detectives and for a experiment with obstacks
to be performed so that we can speed up freeing that memory.

Only in verbose mode so as not to bloat struct symbol too much.
The key used is '/', just like in vi, less, etc.
More work is needed to allocate space on the symbol in a more clear way.
This experiment shows how to do it for the hist_browser, in the main
window.
