arm64: tegra: Device tree changes for v5.19-rc1 This adds some improvements on Tegra234 (QSPI, CCPLEX), improves the SDMMC clock speed on Tegra194 and adds the ASRC audio block on various chip generations. several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
