Calculate the pseudo-header checksum for both IPSec transport mode and IPSec tunnel mode for mlx5 devices that do not implement a pure hardware checksum offload for L4 checksum calculation. Introduce a capability bit that identifies such mlx5 devices. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
