Mohammed reports (https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=213029) the commite4ab4658f1("clocksource/drivers/hyper-v: Handle vDSO differences inline") broke vDSO on x86. The problem appears to be that VDSO_CLOCKMODE_HVCLOCK is an enum value in 'enum vdso_clock_mode' and '#ifdef VDSO_CLOCKMODE_HVCLOCK' branch evaluates to false (it is not a define). Use a dedicated HAVE_VDSO_CLOCKMODE_HVCLOCK define instead. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
