Remove PM_L2_ST_MISS and PM_L2_ST from HW cache event array since
these are bus events. And these needs to be programmed in groups.
Hence remove them.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
