- auxtrace_record__init() is called only once, so there is no point in using a static variable to cache the results of find_all_arm_spe_pmus(), make it local and free the results after use. - Another reason is, even though SPE is micro-architecture dependent, but so far it only supports "statistical-profiling-extension-v1" and we have no chance to use multiple SPE's PMU events in Perf command. So remove the useless check code to make it clear. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
