This reverts commit414126f9e5. This commit broke eMMC storage access on a new consumer MiniPC based on AMD SoC, which has eMMC connected to: 02:00.0 SD Host controller: O2 Micro, Inc. Device 8620 (rev 01) (prog-if 01) Subsystem: O2 Micro, Inc. Device 0002 During probe, several errors are seen including: mmc1: Got data interrupt 0x02000000 even though no data operation was in progress. mmc1: Timeout waiting for hardware interrupt. mmc1: error -110 whilst initialising MMC card Reverting this commit allows the eMMC storage to be detected & usable again. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
