Pull regulator fixes from Mark Brown: "The main set of fixes here are for the PWM regulator, fixing bootstrapping issues on some platforms where the hardware setup looked like it was out of spec for the constraints we have for the regulator causing us to make spurious and unhelpful changes to try to bring things in line with the constraints. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
